In Vietnam that means Cau Dat (Lam Dong) and Son La. Robusta tolerates lower, hotter areas, mostly in the Central Highlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How they taste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arabica is brighter and more acidic with a lighter finish. Robusta is bold and clearly bitter, with nearly twice the caffeine. That is why traditional Vietnamese phin coffee is usually Robusta-heavy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why most coffee is a blend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blending takes the best of both: body from Robusta, aroma and finish from Arabica.
