Prices on the website are final prices in Vietnamese dong (VND), including VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown clearly at checkout.
1. Cash on delivery (COD). Pay the courier in cash. Available for orders delivered within Vietnam.
2. Bank transfer by QR code (VietQR). After you place your order, the confirmation page shows a QR code with the transfer reference. Keep the transfer reference unchanged so your order is confirmed automatically — with a wrong reference, the order has to be matched by hand and will take longer.
When payment is recorded. A bank transfer is recorded when the bank reports receiving the exact order amount. If the amount received differs from the order total, we do not confirm it automatically; we will contact you to sort it out.
Unpaid orders. Bank transfer orders unpaid after 48 hours are moved to on-hold and we send you a reminder email. Orders are never cancelled automatically — if you have paid and the bank is slow to report it, your order stays intact.
Invoices. If you need a VAT invoice, please put your company name and tax ID in the order notes, or contact us right after ordering.
