Where we deliver. We deliver anywhere in Vietnam via Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN) and Giao Hang Tiet Kiem (GHTK). For international orders, please contact us.
Delivery fees. Orders of 300.000 ₫ or more ship free anywhere in Vietnam, for every item including machines. Orders below this are charged 30,000 ₫. The fee is shown at checkout before you order — no code needed.
Estimated delivery time. In the city 1–2 business days, other provinces 2–5 business days from order confirmation. These are the carriers’ committed times; natural disasters, epidemics or the Tet holiday peak may cause delays.
When is an order confirmed? Cash on delivery (COD) orders are confirmed immediately. Bank transfer orders are confirmed once the payment arrives.
Failed delivery. If the carrier fails to deliver three times or cannot reach you, the order is returned to our warehouse and we will contact you.
