These terms apply when you browse and shop on the VOC website. By placing an order on the website, you agree to the terms below.

1. No account needed. You can order without registering. Your name, phone number and address at checkout must be accurate so we can deliver; orders with wrong details that we cannot reach you about will be cancelled.
2. Product information. We describe each product by its actual variety, growing region, processing method and weight. Colors in photos may differ from the real product because of screens and lighting. Flavor depends on how you brew and on personal taste, so flavor notes are for reference only.
3. Prices. Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong, include VAT and exclude delivery. If a price is shown incorrectly because of a system error, we will contact you before delivery; you can keep the order at the correct price, or cancel it and get a full refund.
4. Order confirmation. Cash on delivery orders are confirmed immediately; bank transfer orders are confirmed once the payment arrives. We may decline an order when an item is out of stock or we cannot reach the buyer, and will refund you in full if you have already paid.
5. Pre-orders and gift orders. Pre-orders are delivered in several instalments on the schedule you choose and paid for once for the whole order. Gift orders are delivered to the recipient using the details you provide; you write the gift message.

7. Website content. Text, images, logos and design on this website belong to Hello 5 Coffee Global Joint Stock Company or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to the website; copying content for commercial use requires our written consent.
8. Using the website. Do not use the website to place fake orders, submit forms in bulk or interfere with how it works. In these cases we may block access or cancel orders.
9. Complaints. If there is a problem with your order, please call +84 91 525 5505 or email info.voccoffee@gmail.com. We reply within one business day. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement are resolved under Vietnamese law.
