Steps

  1. Grind 18–20 g of coffee fine.
  2. Distribute evenly and tamp firmly.
  3. Pull 36–40 ml in 25–30 seconds.

Tip: Water 92–96°C. Ratio 1 : 2.

  • Seal tightly after each use.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep away from high heat and direct sunlight.
  • Do not refrigerate: the humidity and other food odors affect the coffee.
  • Roasted coffee is at its best 30 to 60 days after opening.
